Stage Select:
On the title screen, press X Y A B X Y A B START. Use L or R to choose the stage, then choose EXIT. When you start the game, you will start on the selected stage.
Quick Reset:
To return to the title screen at any time, press and hold [L]+[R]+SELECT+START simultaneously.
